Notes from the meeting:
- Works will start on the 31st for January for 26 weeks (mid July)
- Works will run concurrently on all three buildings (Applegarth, Helen Gladstone and Vaughan)
- The contractor (Standage) will send individual notices as to when balconies need to be accessed
- The communal flower boxes (which are asbestos) may or may not be replaced
- Drainage will be maintained similar to what was done in Rowland Hill House
- There will be a monthly resident liaison meeting
